Mike Crouch is the president of RMC Consults LLC in Anthem, Arizona. Mike's 45-year career in the equipment-rental industry consist of all aspects of the construction equipment rental industry in the US, Canada and Europe. Mike works as a consultant to the investment community on the equipment rental space, adviser to rental companies on financial performance and best practices, and broker for equipment businesses for sale.  He has been on both the buyer’s and seller’s side of over 100 sales and acquisitions.

Debi Crouch, Vice President, spent several years in the construction equipment rental space in administration, sales, management, and mergers & acquisitions. She has traveled the industry with Mike in North America and Europe over the last 20 years. As VP she is responsible for all administration, marketing, and web management for RMC Consults LLC, as well as production and marketing of promotional materials for sales and acquisitions.

Michael Disser has joined forces with Mike Crouch and RMC Consults LLC to expand its advisory services. Michael resides in the Hilton Head, South Carolina area and enjoyed a 20-year career in the equipment-rental industry, including acquisitions and divestitures with NES Rentals and most recently with Cross Country Infrastructure Services. Michael will be providing consulting services for RMC Consults LLC including strategic advisory, value creation and business transaction opportunities for our rental industry partners.
